Doesn’t work all of a sudden

The app stop being able to connect. I can open the home screen and choose the normal remote desktop, but the program doesn’t advance to the sign-on screen. I have reinstalled several times without success. Not a good product, especially since it wasn’t cheap.

Another note: The developer’s website is magically broken when you try to create a support ticket. The button links you to a non-existent page. Suspicious!
