The application crashes everytime i wanna switch to full screen. This started happening only after the update. So version 1.3 is buggy. The previous version was great. Please fix this ASAP. I’m gonna give it 4 stars cuz the app works as suposed to. Only issues is the full screen

I have to say that I find this application super usefull specially when Im working with my MAC and I need to access my company servers. We currently have more than 100 Windows Server up in production and QA, and as you know I need to access them in a daily basis since I myself work in IT. I used to use Remote Desktop from Windows built into the MAC but I find it not as intuitive, with this app I can save a list of all my servers which I love! I can then just double click on them and connect. I did find an issue with the Maximize button it changes the letters and makes it to small, however I fixed this by going into preferences / defaults and change my resolution to 1440 by 900px, for the developers of this app please fix this! other than that I think this app is great!

It works Perfect. One problem: if on remote computer in settings NLA is checked, when you try to connect, nothing happens. No messages, no connections. User will be stocked.

So far so good. Most RDP clients I have looked at “force” you to save a server setting before being able to connect to it, not so with this one. I also like that I can be in a RDP session, use quick connect keyboard shortcut and I can enter another hostname to connect to as a new session. I like that you can have the different RDP sessions tabbed OR in seperate windows and making it easy to switch between the 2. Would be even better if it is further enhanced like we have now in Finder and Safari: possibility for multiple windows with each window being able to have multiple tabs. One issue I noticed is the sharing of disk paths, I can see them appear but when I open them there is nothing being displayed. I first thought it might be due to permissions but even my /Users/Shared folder comes back with empty contents whereas there are files in it. Seems like a bug to me. Some improvements I would like to see: 1) Remove the requirement to use the high-end graphics card. I do not see any need for this and when using a laptop it just uses up more battery power for nothing. 2) In the default preferences for things like Quick Connect etc.., also include the ability to store a user name. This will make Quick Connect much better. 3) Provide a Finder dialog window to select the path for disk sharing … why do we need to enter it manually? 4) Include AppleScript Support Hopefully we’ll see newer versions coming around with bug fixes and improvements … even with those issues it is working for me.

We are responsible for our FDA clean room, security, emergency power, fire and other client/server systems at our medical device company, which requires Remote Desktop control to our different servers 24/7. It was a little higher priced, but turned out to be well worth it so far. When our servers started to switch to server 2008 R2 (64 bit) OS’s, my Microsoft RDP for iMac would not connect. This software works great with my 27” 2013 iMac with Maverick OS (I prefer using my iMac instead of my company supplied slow PC laptop). I like the way it is layed out and the side tree sort of view of all of our different servers listed. I can be connected with more then 1 server at one time and can easily switch between them. So much better designed then Microsoft RDP. The thing that really impressed me, was having support and direct communication response direct from the author. If a product is designed and performs well, I am willing to pay for that quality. So far going very well.

Installed, trying to connect machines but no success at all, tells timeout. How can I receive moneyback?

Please update the app, I can not connect, and the app quits every time I try. Refund????

The app stop being able to connect. I can open the home screen and choose the normal remote desktop, but the program doesn’t advance to the sign-on screen. I have reinstalled several times without success. Not a good product, especially since it wasn’t cheap. Another note: The developer’s website is magically broken when you try to create a support ticket. The button links you to a non-existent page. Suspicious!
